Return Policy

We believe that you will like our coffee machinery, as we do our best to offer you the best ones on the market that will suit your needs and expectations. If you change your mind for any reason, you can let us know within 14 days and get your money back. Our return policy is based on UK law. Alternatively, you can exchange it with any other appliance. To return the item, the buyer must get aware of several points:

  1. The returned appliance must be in its original packaging, with the same parts, including all the accessories. 
  2. The item must be unused and undamaged by the buyer.
  3. The buyer is responsible for returning any appliance to us. 
  4. We will accept or exchange used products within 14 days if they have a manufacturing defect without paying for delivery costs. 
  5. If the buyer asks for a return or exchange for no reason (manufacturing defects, etc.) the buyer has to pay the delivery cost. 
  6. You will receive your money back (excluding delivery charges for unwanted items) within 14 days. 
  7. If the buyer does not return the appliance in its normal condition (just the way it is sold), we will not accept it for return or exchange.
  8. After 14 days return or exchange will not occur and appliances will be served based on our warranty policy.
