Product Warranty Policy

All of our products in stock are carefully chosen from the best brands, which guarantee high performance and reliability. Each of the coffee-based appliances in stock will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period if:

  • They have defects in materials and workmanship.
  • They break down within the warranty period under normal use that has followed instruction manuals.
  • If your coffee appliance is not running properly or perhaps not at all.

Each appliance is backed by a free warranty period from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the brand and the appliance type. 

Exclusions from Warranty: 

Regardless of the brand and appliance, we have exclusions from warranty, which includes:

  • Damage occurs outside what would be the ordinary or expected use for the product.
  • Damage occurs due to natural disasters ( including but not limited to fire, flood, etc.)
  • If any parts of the products are replaced without our approvement 
  • If the product serial number is unreadable 
  • Damage and failure of product maintenance in accordance with the applicable “Owner’s Manuals”.
  • Clear external damage

In all other cases, the product replacement or return occurs based on the coffee machine brands’ warranty policy.
